A leading tools supplier in Leicester is seeking a Warehouse Operative to maintain high safety and quality standards while handling products and working as part of a dynamic team. The role involves manual handling and using smart technology effectively. Ideal candidates will have previous warehouse experience, strong teamwork skills, and effective communication capabilities. This role will require you to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. You will have your normal breaks, but when you're working you will be walking and manual handling will be required when lifting and packing boxes.
Starting Hourly Rate - £12.27 p/h paid salaried.
Contractual Hours - 39
Days of Work - Monday to Friday (No nights and occasional weekends during busy periods).
Shift Allowance - The hours worked between 6pm-8pm will pay a shift allowance of 25% additional.
