The Utilities Coordinator will review and approve all plans to break ground, ensuring that works are planned in accordance with the ‘Breaking Ground Activities and Utility Detection Standard’. They will support site teams in achieving compliant and safe utility works, while adhering to EKFB’s Underground and Overhead Services guidelines. The Utilities Coordinator will also act as a point of contact with service providers for coordination and issue resolution on site.

Additionally, the Utilities Coordinator will liaise with Utilities Construction Managers to ensure effective coordination of incoming ‘As-Built’ information, capturing it in accordance with EKFB policies.
