• Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
• Experience in a managerial role in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote open communication and equality.
• Oversee placement plans and risk assessments.
• Guide and motivate the staff team.

Skills

Good knowledge of The Children’s Homes Regulations

Experience in a managerial role
