This is an entry-level role designed for individuals starting their career in training, education, or tech; no software background is required—we will teach you everything you need to know.

You will be part of a supportive team based in the Leeds office. The role is hybrid, combining working from home, time in the office, and travel to schools across the UK to deliver in-person training. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with no evenings or weekend shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead interactive webinars and virtual sessions, explaining Every in clear, step-by-step terms using tools like Zoom or Teams
  • Visit schools for in-person training and provide on-site support as needed
  • Create useful guides and resources, including written guides, videos, and checklists to support different learning styles
  • Answer follow-up questions and ensure users feel confident continuing to use Every day-to-day
  • Stay up to date with product improvements so your training content reflects the latest features
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to deliver the best possible experience for schools
Who We’re Looking For
  • Entry-level candidate with strong communication, mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Enjoy helping others and explaining things in a simple, friendly way
  • Confident speaking with people online and face-to-face
  • Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Docs
  • Organised with good time management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications & Requirements
  • No prior software training experience required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK for school visits
  • Ability to work within a structured schedule and handle multiple tasks
What to Expect from Our Application Process
  • Submit your CV and a short application explaining why you’re interested in HR and IRIS
  • Shortlisted candidates complete two assessments: CCAT (verbal, numerical, logical reasoning) and EPP (personality profile)
  • A Microsoft Teams chat with our Talent team to learn more about the role
  • In-person session at our Leeds office for team activities and culture fit
