Job summary

A leading UK holiday provider is seeking enthusiastic Trainee Lifeguards for their Filey location. In this fun and active role, you will receive training in lifeguarding skills, pool safety, and first aid. Responsibilities include monitoring swimmers, ensuring a safe environment, and providing excellent customer service. Applicants should be ready to learn, communicate effectively, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. An Enhanced DBS check is required prior to starting work.

Qualifications

• Previous Lifeguard experience valued but not essential, training provided.
• Ready to learn and stay alert in all situations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn lifeguard responsibilities including pool safety and first aid.
• Monitor swimmers and respond quickly to any incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests.

Skills

Ability to swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
