  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, deadlines, and internal governance standards.
  • Content Development & Writing
    • Write, edit, and tailor high-quality content for tenders and proposals, highlighting ITPS’s strengths in managed services, cloud, connectivity, cyber security, and data centre solutions.
    • Work with technical experts to translate complex information into clear, client-focused responses.
    • Continuously improve the clarity, style, and impact of written submissions.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Coordinate input from sales, technical, service delivery, finance, and legal teams.
    • Conduct response workshops, interviews, and review sessions to gather information.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to contributors on bid writing best practice.
  • Track win/loss outcomes, gather client feedback, and improve tender strategies.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, frameworks, and procurement processes.
  • Identify ways to streamline bid management processes and improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in tender/bid management or bid writing, ideally in IT, technology, or managed services.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities, able to handle multiple deadlines.

  • Quality-driven – committed to producing accurate, polished, and professional submissions.
  • Ownership & accountability – takes full responsibility for meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proactive communicator – keeps stakeholders informed, manages expectations, and escalates risks early.
  • Collaborative working – builds trust and strong relationships across all departments.
  • Continuous learner – seeks feedback, adopts best practices, and strives for ongoing improvement.
  • Integrity & professionalism – ensures compliance, fairness, and ethical standards in all bids.
