  • Offshore training and certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve QHSE processes in line with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of QHSE professionals.
  • Conduct audits, investigations, and management visits on- and offshore.
  • Facilitate risk assessments and ensure emergency preparedness.
  • Monitor compliance with legal requirements and ISO certifications.

Vacancy: Temporary QHSE Manager (Maternity Cover) – UK Operations

Location: Prime Four, Kingswells, Aberdeen, UK

Duration: 12 months (Maternity Cover)

Preferred Start Date: Mid-February 2026

Odfjell Technology is seeking a forward-leaning QHSE Manager to join our UK Operations team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive safety and quality initiatives across our offshore operations, onshore workshop, warehouse, and office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve QHSE processes in line with company, client, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of QHSE professionals
  • Conduct audits, investigations, and management visits on- and offshore
  • Facilitate risk assessments, support tenders, and ensure emergency preparedness
  • Represent Odfjell Technology in client, authority, and industry forums
  • Monitor compliance with legal requirements, ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications, and internal systems

  • Higher education in maritime/technical/QHSSE or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven QHSE management experience in the oil & gas industry
