About the Role:

As a Level 2 Global Medical Device Service Technician for PFT Solutions within the Vitalograph Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions team your primary responsibility is to provide expert Level 2 medical device technical hardware and software support on all Vitalograph PFT Solutions products, services and solutions to internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• In depth technical knowledge and understanding of PFT Solution products and services (training will be provided)
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide Level 2 onsite and remote technical support for all PFT Solutions products (excluding high level EMR interfacing) to internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and end users globally.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the respiratory diagnostic industry.
• Understanding of all company and applicable procedures, regulations, guidelines, QMS, and industry standards as required.
