Technical Project Manager HubSpot (m/f/d)

• You lead the functional and technical implementation of customer projects on the HubSpot platform - from strategic planning and technical execution to client enablement and long-term success.
• You capture customer requirements and design functional specifications, project release plans/roadmaps, and best‑fit HubSpot software solutions, providing comprehensive consulting on technical implementation options.
• You design and execute data‑driven Marketing, Sales, and Service strategies tailored to target groups, collaborating closely with our cross‑functional experts at OMMAX.
• You transform complex roadmaps into milestones and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• You work hand‑in‑hand with senior management to align HubSpot project goals with overall business objectives.
• You handle the preparation and facilitation of project meetings for both customer and internal projects.
• You manage stakeholder communication as well as project schedules, budgets, as well as implementation plans and ensure high‑quality project delivery on time and on budget.

What we require:

• You have a university degree in business, marketing, communications, media, or a related field - Master’s or MBA is a strong plus.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot , ideally across multiple Hubs (Sales, Service, or Marketing Hub ) with technical project delivery responsibility.
• You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.
• You have a proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership - you thrive on new challenges and continuously seek to grow and improve.
• You are a collaborative, solution‑oriented team player with a hands‑on mentality, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for digital transformation.
• You are fluent in English and German.
