The Role

We’re growing fast and looking for a Technical Consultant with strong commercial drive to join our UK team. In this role, you’ll provide expert support and technical advice to livestock farmers — mainly in the pig, dairy, and poultry sectors — and help them implement effective biological fly control programmes.

You’ll take ownership of your territory across the West Midlands and Wales, developing relationships with farm owners, managers, and veterinarians. You’ll also have the freedom to shape your own success — managing your diary, identifying new opportunities, and delivering measurable results.

Some flexibility outside standard working hours will be required for farm visits, industry events, and occasional training trips to our partner offices in the Netherlands.

We’re looking for someone who combines agricultural understanding with commercial acumen — someone who enjoys solving problems for customers and can translate technical solutions into real-world value.

Key Qualifications

• A genuine passion for livestock farming and animal welfare
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work independently
• A track record of building trust and delivering outstanding customer results
• Strong organisational skills and comfort using CRM tools
• A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
• Strong preference for experience in animal health, or agricultural consultancy/sales
