• Provide 3rd level technical support to KFC restaurants in the UK and ROI.
• Support Technology team with restaurant systems and devices.
• Resolve repeat issues through pro-active investigation.
• Collaborate on technology and process support in restaurants.
• Weekend on call support approximately every 3 weeks.
