Support Worker – £12.34 up to £13.84 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Town: Coates, Whittlesey PE7

Typical Shifts are: Mon - Sun Day Shifts 8am to 10pm

UK Man DL required

Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on female support workers with epilepsy experience with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people! Our supported living service is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the life of the lady we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging her to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities such as swimming, shopping and cheerleading.

Responsibilities

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone’s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals.

Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Resilient, flexible and composed approach
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Experience with epilepsy (required)
