This four-year apprenticeship combines practical logistics experience with part-time study at Aston University. YOUR ROLE
Ready to prescribe yourself a future in logistics? We’re looking for a Warehouse Degree Apprentice to join our Daventry healthcare site, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience while working towards your degree, all while helping to keep vital medicines and healthcare products moving.
As a Warehouse Degree Apprentice, you won’t just be moving boxes, you’ll be supporting the smooth running of a healthcare supply chain that really makes a difference. From receiving stock to dispatching life‑critical products and working on continuous improvement initiatives, you’ll be building skills that form the perfect dose for a successful career.

Throughout your 4‑year Degree Apprenticeship, you will gain broad experience across the logistics operation, giving you the opportunity to develop and progress while completing your degree.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, curious and ready to learn, someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team. In a healthcare environment, being organised, reliable and detail‑focused is essential, because what you do helps ensure the right products reach the right place at the right time.
To be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels (96 UCAS points).
