About The Position
  • Hours Per Week: 37
  • Days Per Week: Monday to Thursday (09:00 – 17:00) and Friday (09:00 - 16:30)
  • Basis: Permanent and Full Time
  • Annual Salary: £24,596 rising to £25,096 upon successful completion of probation period.
  • Hiring Manager: Sinead O’Brien
  • Closing Date: Friday 13th February 2026
  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid working after successful training and probation periods.
The Day to Day
  • Maintaining and monitoring the subcontract application.
  • Managing the subcontract process including results, commentary and data entry, scheduling, progress chasing, receipting, and updating using appropriate software.
  • Creating subcontracting determinants for use by commercial and utility clients.
  • Reviewing subcontracting invoices and negotiating rates.
  • Generating subcontract performance statistics.
  • Managing intercompany trading and subcontracting to deliver solutions for various client projects.
  • Keeping audit trails in relation to customer testing requirements and communication records.
  • Providing technical assistance and support for internal and external customers.
  • Flexibly supporting and backfilling other team members when appropriate.
  • Working under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Multi-tasking and responding to a dynamic working environment.
  • Supporting the Sales Support team with key tasks and duties as required.
