Job summary

A leading events technology provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client accounts and identify sales opportunities. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and working closely with Sales and Client Services teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role, preferably in the technology or hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a revenue-generating role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in the SaaS/technology/hospitality space is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close sales opportunities with clients.
  • Ensure relationships with key decision-makers are continuously developed.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report.
