About the role

We are excited to open a new store in Bath in Autumn 2025. We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Store Manager to join and help build a strong team at this new location. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader to join a heritage furniture company known industry-wide.

The Store Manager will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategy and managing sales performance by leading and motivating the team, developing customer service standards, and maintaining shop floor standards. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through team recruitment and development, stock management, high customer service standards, and optimal presentation, all while controlling costs and shrinkage. The manager will create an inviting atmosphere, embody the Heal’s brand, and inspire customers through the team’s sales efforts.
