The day to day
  • Build a brilliant team, set clear direction, and create a workplace where people thrive.
  • Handle hiring, coaching, merchandising and payroll.
  • Take ownership and make things happen.
  • Work closely with District and Regional Managers, always looking for ways to grow, improve, and celebrate success.
