About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention measures
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
