A regional police force in the UK is seeking Special Constables to support local policing efforts. The role involves high visibility patrols, assisting victims, and entering house inquiries. Applicants should be honest, motivated, and have a full UK driving license. Training lasts 20 weeks, with a commitment of at least 16 hours per month. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.

Special Constables are volunteer Police Officers. They hold the same powers as Police Officers and work alongside them to prevent and detect crime, wearing identical uniform and issued with the same personal safety equipment and communication devices.
