A financial institution is seeking a Source to Pay Product Lead for Digital Procurement & Transformation. We are seeking an innovative and experienced procurement Source to Pay Lead for our Digital Procurement & Transformation function. This role is pivotal in supporting digital enablement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across Procurement. You will act as the overall functional product lead for the Digital and Transformation team within Procurement focusing on processes and systems relating to the source to pay process.

You will maintain and govern Business Process Documentation (BPD) and all technical configuration documentation to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with best practices while growing and coaching team members in their knowledge and capability journey.
You will be responsible to build, prioritise, and maintain the product, ensuring alignment with business goals while enabling Procurement and end users by simplifying processes, improving user experience, and providing expert guidance.
Additionally, you’ll gather actionable product developments, managing all stages of product development from conceptualisation to release.
It will also be necessary to stay updated on technologies and user needs to advise product approaches that support overall business strategies, improve implemented capabilities, and define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success while proactively monitoring the system. Finally, you will ensure technology and operational risks are appropriately controlled in line with Group and business objectives.
The successful candidate will have/be:
Knowledge and experience of enabling functions outside of Procurement and activities relating to product roll out, such as IT, Finance & Risk
Excellent interpersonal skills including effective communications, relationship building and stakeholder management
A keen problem-solver with the ability to think expansively to deliver cutting edge risk solutions
A self-starter who can demonstrate a strong ability to breakdown complex topics into simple language that can be understood. Most importantly you are a strong team player
Experience within a Financial Services and/or regulated organisation
Experienced in working closely and collaboratively with senior stakeholders across functions
Coupa certified across Core Coupa and Coupa Risk Assess is essential and/or CIPs qualification or working towards accreditation
Strong experience of working at a technical level
