Job summary

A leading children's services organization in Sunderland is seeking a Social Worker/Senior Social Worker for their Locality Teams. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with children, young people, and families, conducting assessments, and ensuring adherence to safeguarding procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of post-qualifying experience, with ongoing training and flexible working arrangements offered. A commitment to child welfare is essential.

Salary and Allowances

Grade 7/8: £37,280 - £47,181 per annum
Essential Car User Allowance: £1,239 per annum
2% Recruitment and Retention Allowance paid monthly
