Care Plus require caring individuals to cover Domiciliary care rotas in the Kesh, Ederney & Lack area of Fermanagh. We have a permanent block 4/3 morning to lunch rota in this area. On our Block rotas you work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday on Week 1 and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on Week 2 repeating. You will be providing care for elderly, disabled and convalescent clients to enable them to remain in their own homes maintaining an independent lifestyle. This is an excellent support for families. It is also an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to get into a career in Health and Social Care.

  • Helping clients in and out of bed (using hoist if required) washing, dressing and toileting.
  • Bathing/showering client, Personal Care
  • Meal Preparation
  • Bed making, laundry duties, shopping.
  • Assisting with regular exercise (walks) where appropriate
  • Record information on service plan sheets
  • To provide cover for other carers who are off sick or on annual leave

Essential Criteria:
  • Have the ability to take on a range of personal tasks in accordance with each clients Care Plan

Desirable Criteria:
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in caring desirable but not essential as training will be given
