• Must have extensive knowledge and experience of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.
• Excellent knowledge of construction build programmes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development to maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure that the final product meets Gleeson Homes standards.
• Liaise with head office, NHBC, and local authority departments.
