What You Will Do

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee quantity surveying and commercial management across a range of projects from contract award through to completion. You’ll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and be responsible for their commercial performance, while providing commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams. You’ll also coach and develop your team, including apprentices, ensuring successful financial project completion while mitigating company exposure to risk. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial – UK&I, you’ll be a key part of our growth strategy and take responsibility for major projects in your region.

You will manage change processes, identify claims, and calculate value entitlements, ensuring contracts are administered correctly. Additionally, you will provide ongoing commercial support and guidance to your team, acting as an escalation point for clients on any project under your lead.
