A leading educational institution in London seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee various building projects across its facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience along with strong skills in Microsoft Office and Procore. This role includes developing project schedules, managing teams, and ensuring project completion within timelines and budgets.

Reporting to the Director of Design and Construction, the Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee a variety of building alterations, renovations, and new construction throughout the entire facility for all university facilities and buildings in addition to providing guidance and training to Assistant Project Managers.
This position is required to travel to all University campuses as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a quantitative field such as Science or Mathematics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management of both interior and ground‑up construction and general construction.
Eight (8) years in project management experience.
