Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines.
• Experience on data centre new build and refurbishment projects is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate work with other discipline-specific representatives.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a significant basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
• Create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Budget.
• Support contractor bid solicitation and recommendations.
• Manage general contractor and other vendors during construction.
• Initiate and manage close-out processes before project completion.
