Senior Product Manager – Native Apps

Location: London – hybrid, 2 days a week in the office.

Reporting to: Head of Product.

Business Unit: Consumer – NativeApps.

The Role

The Native Apps team owns the end‑to‑end experience on iOS and Android, and plays a crucial role in building the leading digital ecosystem for the whole moving experience.

A typical week as a Senior Product Manager might involve:
  • Leading a focused product team, maintaining and prioritising a backlog of improvements.
  • Guiding and empowering Product Managers through coaching, championing best practice and supporting high standards of product management.
  • Supporting product discovery and delivery processes, ensuring accountability across the team.
  • Partnering with Product Managers and Head of Product to establish data‑driven strategic objectives for the sub‑domain.
  • Recruiting and growing the team, fostering a diverse range of skills and perspectives.
  • Communicating progress of OKRs to product leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Defining requirements and overseeing delivery of solutions within the product team.
  • Monitoring product health and performance metrics, driving improvements based on data.
  • Shaping the experience discovery of initiatives with Design, Research and Analytics.
  • Understanding consumer motivations and ensuring industry insight keeps the team informed.
  • Generating innovative ideas and encouraging experimentation within the team.
  • Working with engineers and technical architects to understand technology limits and recommend development options.
