Location: Hybrid role based in our Cardiff office (1–2 days per week).
Senior Pricing Analysts are specialists who conduct complex analysis to optimise pricing strategies, enhance profitability, and improve market competitiveness. For those with people management responsibilities, the role also includes supporting team members in achieving these goals. This position offers autonomy to influence pricing strategy, lead analytical projects, and see your insights directly impact business outcomes. As the team and portfolio expand, there is a clear pathway to leadership.

Everyone receives 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when they join us, increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to an additional five days of annual leave.
