Qualifications

  • Comprehensive experience of Mechanical Building Services design relating to significant infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in researching strategic responses to estates business needs.
  • Specialist knowledge of mechanical systems related to Climate Change and Zero Direct emissions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Head of Professional and Technical Services.
  • Act as design champion and ensure quality design standards.
  • Undertake inspections and audits for compliance and safety.
