Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer – Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary consultancy environment, working on projects that span energy, infrastructure, healthcare, and education. Lead the design and delivery of HVAC systems, domestic water services, and above‑ground drainage across a range of new build and refurbishment projects. Produce specifications, condition survey reports, and technical documentation, engaging with clients and colleagues across engineering, architecture, and planning disciplines. This role blends technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management, with a strong focus on supporting the transition to a low‑carbon economy through decarbonisation and grid upgrade initiatives. You will contribute to the growth of the Newcastle office and to the national Building Services team.
