You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Board Member, ensuring the Board Member is prepared, protected from unnecessary noise, and able to operate at peak effectiveness. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can act as a trusted gatekeeper and partner.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Board Member by managing daily priorities with seamless preparation, proactive follow‑up, and clear alignment across all commitments.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, filtering information and requests to protect the Board Member's time and ensure focus on the most important matters.
  • Anticipate needs in advance — preparing documents, context and next steps to keep the Board Member fully informed and ready.
  • Coordinate logistics for complex internal and external meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with senior executives, partners, and stakeholders to maintain strong information flow and ensure decisions move forward.
  • Oversee personal administration and sensitive matters with discretion, ensuring the Board Member's professional and personal priorities run smoothly.
What You Bring
  • Significant experience supporting a C‑suite leader or high‑profile individual in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in executive administrative support, gatekeeping, prioritisation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Exceptional organisational discipline, able to create structure, anticipate needs, and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with the Board Member's expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and build relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work outside traditional hours when necessary.
  • Fluency in English; Czech or Slovak are a big plus.
What we offer:
  • Stable job in a collaborative, friendly and international team culture
  • Annual performance‑based bonus
  • 25 days of vacation, plus public holidays
  • Additional benefits – pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance scheme, etc.
  • Work equipment: Company Laptop, Company mobile phone + SIM Card & package of mobile data also for personal use
