The role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day client relationships and ensure the delivery of campaigns that meet creative, strategic and commercial objectives. You’ll act as the key link between clients and IMA, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery. Confident presenting ideas, managing budgets, and mentoring others, you’ll play a key role in driving client satisfaction and account growth.

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and partners.
  • Managing campaigns from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and commercial success.
  • Interpreting client objectives and shaping clear, effective briefs.

  • Supporting Account Directors with strategic planning and growth initiatives.
