Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving Brego's growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career within the automotive and technology sectors.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales to work through a list of businesses to reach out to and help close. Salary will be based on experience but will be inline with industry standards with a commission structure on top. The Brego Platform is similar to other SaaS tech-led products in the tech industry, so experience within SaaS sales would be very advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Assess the needs of potential clients and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns and share market feedback.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively position Brego's solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably B2B.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
