A leading financial services firm is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline. This role involves booking and qualifying meetings with high-level stakeholders, using prospecting skills including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. Candidates should have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role and excel in communication and CRM tools usage. The position offers a salary of £40k - £45k plus £15k OTE, with a hybrid working pattern based in Gloucestershire.

With substantial financial backing and a clearly defined product offering, we are now seeking a Sales Development Representative to help with pipeline generation.
Location: Gloucestershire / Hybrid
Salary: £40k - £45k base + £15k OTE
