Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for client enquiries.
  • Manage and follow up on existing and new client enquiries.
  • Prepare and issue fee proposals and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to determine client progression.
  • Confirm client bookings and keep systems updated.
  • Schedule and follow up on Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Support the National Sales Executive with daily tasks.

Skills

Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat PDF
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ability to conduct confident follow-up conversations with clients
Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
