The Role

We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our boutique team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract for maternity cover. Based in our elegant showroom, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences that go beyond the transaction, fostering lasting relationships built on trust, emotion, and personalised service. How You’ll Contribute
  • Client Consultations: Conduct one‑hour lounge appointments, actively listening to client needs and guiding them through a personalised bespoke design journey.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a seamless luxury experience from welcome to post‑sale, including thoughtful service, timely updates, and ongoing relationship building.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales targets through a consultative approach, offering tailored recommendations and closing with confidence.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of our collections, materials, and craftsmanship to educate clients and support bespoke design conversations.

Skills You’ll Bring to the Role
  • 1‑2 years experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, with a strong sales track record.
  • Jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) highly regarded.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience handling phone, video, and face‑to‑face consultations.
  • Able to learn systems quickly and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Highly proactive and self‑motivated to contribute beyond your core responsibilities.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
  • Creative eye for styling and passion for unique, bespoke jewellery.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product handling, visual merchandising, and client communications.

  • Availability to work weekends and peak trade periods is essential.
