Why this role matters

As the central point of contact for food safety administration, you will liaise across departments, ensure accurate documentation, track corrective actions, and provide data and insight that drive continuous improvement. • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for food safety, coordinating communication between Operations, Technical, Customer Services, and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Complaint & Incident Management: Log, investigate, and track complaints and incidents (e.g. AFPs, allergens, safety issues), liaising with Customer Services and supporting timely, accurate resolutions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collate, analyse, and trend data from audits, incidents, and complaints; produce clear reports and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance Support & Training: Assist in audits, risk assessments, enforcement visits, and delivery of training; keep up to date with legislation and support ongoing improvements to safety systems.
Who you are

  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot trends and translate data into meaningful insight.
  • Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills, supported by a good technical knowledge of food safety and compliance.
