A hospitality company is seeking a dedicated individual to lead the restaurant team in Gloucester. The role involves ensuring exceptional dining experiences through effective team management, organisation, and training. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and experience in a hospitality environment is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with an enthusiastic team and to promote outstanding local food while maintaining high service standards.
You will lead from the front and take control of service in our restaurant to ensure both you and your team deliver a warm and friendly welcome for all of our guests. Working hands on with your team you will ensure that they demonstrate knowledge and passion for our outstanding local food to make a memorable dining experience for all our visitors.
Ability to organise and delegate tasks is essential as well as having a naturally warm and friendly manner with guests. Experience leading a team and of working in a hotel environment would be an advantage.
