A children's care provider in Cannock seeks a compassionate Residential Support Worker for a part-time role. You will support young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence and skills. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential and experience in a children's residential home. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
Job Title: Residential Support Worker (Part-Time)
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour + good overtime rate
Working Hour: Part‑Time (flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays)
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential (enrolled/working towards)
Experience in Years: Previous experience within a Children’s Residential home
Employment Type: Permanent
