Job summary

A leading occupational health provider in the UK seeks a skilled Assistant Psychologist to conduct workplace needs assessments and implement adjustments for neurodivergent individuals. This remote role requires a degree in Psychology and experience working with clients. Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology with BPS graduate membership.
  • Experience working with neurodivergent individuals preferred.
  • Knowledge of workplace adaptations and training techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace needs assessments virtually and face-to-face.
  • Implement reasonable adjustments for clients.
  • Produce timely reports that meet SLAs.

Skills

Knowledge of assistive technologies
Report writing skills
Experience with neurodivergent individuals

Education

First (1st) or Upper Second-class (2:1) honours degree in Psychology
Entitlement to graduate membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS)
