A leading charity in children's care is seeking a Registered Manager for their Andover Children’s Home. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and at least 2 years of experience in residential care, including supervisory roles. ARC HD Services Ltd, part of the Community Integrated Care Group, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to their individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.
