✨ Who We Are

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of the Community Integrated Care Group, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.

We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to their individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

We’re seeking a Registered Manager to lead our Andover Children’s Home in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on young lives while shaping a high-–performing, compassionate team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Children’s Home, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, taking responsibility for all safeguarding referrals and procedures.
  • Inspire and supervise a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.
  • Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and external agencies to deliver holistic, therapeutic support.
  • Manage budgets, staffing rosters, and care plans with precision and empathy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with families, commissioners, and the wider community.
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Essential:
    • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years
    • At least 1 year in a supervisory/management role
    • Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child protection
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
    • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Desirable:
    • Studying or committed to completing Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare
    • Previous experience as a Designated Safeguarding Officer
    • Experience writing reports and attending reviews
