A leading building control service provider in Cardiff is seeking a Registered Building Inspector to deliver professional services while ensuring compliance with Building Regulations. The role requires a solid background in building control, analytical skills, and effective project management. Candidates must hold a Full UK driving license and possess Building Control experience under RBI 2 A-F. Hours:37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Cook Brown Building Control services operate as a Registered Building Control Approver, with the aim of providing a high-quality service to ensure a healthy and safe environment whilst assisting clients throughout the construction process. It is set up as a commercial business to deliver a quality-based Building Control Service to external clients in a competitive arena.
The Service is divided into five technical teams, each responsible for a geographical area – Bristol and South West, Tewkesbury, Birmingham, London and Swansea, together with centralised administration support team.
