Job summary

A regional construction firm based in Yorkshire seeks an experienced SHEQ Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will provide advisory support within the Regional SHEQ Team, focusing on health, safety, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring SHEQ performance, conducting compliance audits, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates should hold a NEBOSH Certificate and possess excellent communication skills. A full UK driving license and readiness to travel are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Competent knowledge of SHEQ management principles within utilities or construction.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience in mentoring and supporting operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide SHEQ support and advice for the operating region.
• Monitor SHEQ performance at a Regional / Project level.
• Conduct incident investigations and share lessons learnt.
