As a RegionalOperations Manager, youll provide strategic and tactical leadership to ClinicManagers in your team. Youll be responsible for the region covering Newcastleto North Wales so expect travel to be around 60-80% of your week.
To be successful in this role, youllneed:
Previousestablished leadership experience within a healthcare provider is essential andexperience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting would be highly advantageous
Demonstrableexperience in planning and managing at strategic and operational level
Strongbusiness acumen; able to assess financial implications of decisions and actions
Engagingcommunication skills and a friendly demeanour to successfully connect with adiverse team and patients
Analyticalthinker with demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, prepare andimplement action plans, and lead improvement initiatives
Leadby example style to encourage a value driven culture that brings the best outof everyone
Entrepreneurialattitude and pragmatic approach to problem solving in changing situations in aclinical environment
Advancedcomputer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate skills andproficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required

Ensuringcompliance with all relevant clinical, governance and regulatory systems andpolicies
