Keepmoat Homes is a fast growing top 10 UK housebuilder that designs and builds quality homes and creates places where people want to live. With a national presence and local expertise, we transform communities and improve lives.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Scotland region. The main base will be from our regional head office in Glasgow, requiring some travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities
  • Set, monitor and deliver budgets.
  • Place orders and produce accurate and timely reports for the business.
  • Forecast costs of materials required for builds.
  • Assume responsibility for surveying activities on standard developments from the initial procurement phase through to final account.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, site staff and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
HS&S Responsibilities

Take care of your own health and safety and that of others, and adhere to Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.

Skills, knowledge & experience
  • Passionate about the building industry.
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
  • Collaborative, confident, and able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative and flexible with an agile approach to work.
  • Solutions‑focused and straightforward in order to meet commercial targets.
  • Relevant industry qualifications; RICS and a surveying degree or HND.
