Salary
£27,642.08 – £28,471.34 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a G4S quality team, preparing quality processes and procedures informed by best practices.
- Oversee all Quality Framework activity to ensure full completion.
- Monitor the implementation of procedures by the G4S Quality team and subcontractors, completing regular reviews of delivery with associated improvement plans and ensuring all findings feed into the self‑assessment process.
- Advise and support subcontractors with their individual quality systems, providing feedback to drive improvements.
- Complete a self‑assessment process covering all provisions and use centrally driven quality audits to feed into associated quality improvement plans.
- Align with operational requirements and support the preparation of site procedures, activity plans and assurance records.
- Undertake process reviews and audits, supporting the design, development and implementation of quality management systems and SOPs across the business.

Essential Skills & Criteria
- State qualification level.
- Consider apprenticeship entry.
- IT literate.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and verbally.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Must hold a current valid UK driving licence.

- Experience in employment or skills sectors.
- Experience of ISO 9001 QMS alignment and certification requirements.
