Quality Assurance Manager

Role: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid with travel to Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham as required.

Our Customer Contact Centre in Wath Upon Dearne provides advice and support to the public on behalf of our clients. We have experienced rapid growth and are now a team of over 2,000 people.

Salary

£27,642.08 – £28,471.34 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a G4S quality team, preparing quality processes and procedures informed by best practices.
  • Oversee all Quality Framework activity to ensure full completion.
  • Monitor the implementation of procedures by the G4S Quality team and subcontractors, completing regular reviews of delivery with associated improvement plans and ensuring all findings feed into the self‑assessment process.
  • Advise and support subcontractors with their individual quality systems, providing feedback to drive improvements.
  • Complete a self‑assessment process covering all provisions and use centrally driven quality audits to feed into associated quality improvement plans.
  • Align with operational requirements and support the preparation of site procedures, activity plans and assurance records.
  • Undertake process reviews and audits, supporting the design, development and implementation of quality management systems and SOPs across the business.
  • Increase equality, diversity and inclusion within the team and wider G4S business by fostering a professional service culture that respects and includes all.
Essential Skills & Criteria
  • State qualification level.
  • Consider apprenticeship entry.
  • IT literate.
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and verbally.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Must hold a current valid UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills & Criteria
  • Experience in employment or skills sectors.
  • Experience of ISO 9001 QMS alignment and certification requirements.
