Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Belfast. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing residential and commercial properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and overseeing property leasing and marketing activities. Additionally, the Property Manager will handle tenant inquiries, conduct property inspections, manage lease agreements, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The role requires effective communication with tenants, property owners, and maintenance staff.
