Job description

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. This role will be based on site at our Olive Grove depot (S2 3GE).

This position offers a competitive salary dependant on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver works programme to programme and budget
  • Use construction solutions that cause minimum disruption
  • Effective use and control of supervisory resources
  • Develop and maintain procedures to achieve certainty of programme delivery
  • Liaise with other delivery managers regarding supervision of works, including establishing required resource levels
  • Focus on the concepts of ‘right first time’ and ‘no delays’
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to time and budget in accordance with programme and financial commitment
  • Review design and contractual options during the design process
  • Communicate and inform the client of progress at regular intervals as the works progress
  • Brief line managers on quality, cost and time
  • Demonstrate that quality assurance procedures are being followed
  • Work closely with commercial and financial managers
  • Oversee measurement and valuation of work carried out
  • Review success of solutions and provide feedback to all relevant parties
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation
