A community-focused housing developer in Neath, UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead key development projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning systems, relationship building, and resilience in high-value projects. Project Manager - Development
We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full‑time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £42,884 per year, rising to £46,870 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Project Manager is a pivotal role in our Development team, responsible for leading the delivery of key development projects in line with Our Corporate Plan, liaising with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and regulatory and legislative compliance.
To be successful in the role you will have detailed knowledge of the planning system and Welsh Government/ Social Housing Grant requirements, as well as having skills below:
