We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid‑Level IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams. The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Role Description
HighPoint Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the fulfillment on multiple projects and communicating progress to senior management, team members and customer stakeholders at regular intervals, and can quickly identify vulnerabilities, obstacles, and create innovative solutions to challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate resources and ensure effective allocation.
- Team Management:
- Lead cross‑functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate team collaboration and ensure effective communication.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to project team members.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Organize and lead regular meetings to review project milestones and deliverables.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
- Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Prepare and present project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, or system implementations.
